An Evening of Joy, Friendship & Global Togetherness!

Inspired by the Indian celebration of Diwali, this event is not just for Indians — it’s for everyone who calls Kolding home. Whether you are from Denmark, Europe, Asia, Africa, or anywhere in the world, this evening is about sharing light, love, and community across cultures.

🗓 Date: Saturday, 18 October 2025
🕠 Time: 17:30 – 21:30
📍 Venue: Skolegade 2B, 2nd floor, Kolding

We’ll begin with a short Diwali puja (prayer) — a simple symbolic ritual celebrating light over darkness and hope over despair.

After that, the evening will come alive with music, games, laughter, and a potluck-style international dinner where everyone brings a dish to share. From Indian curries and Danish desserts to African stews and European favorites, our table will truly represent the world in one room! 🌍

This is your chance to experience one of the most colorful and meaningful festivals in a warm, friendly, and inclusive setting — whether you’re coming with family, friends, or on your own.

✨ Highlights of the evening:
🌼 Diwali puja & lighting of lamps
🎵 Fun activities and games for all ages
🍲 Potluck dinner – bring a dish to share
💃 Celebration, music, and lots of smiles!

The event is open to all, but registration is required as we can only accommodate 50 participants (including children).

So please sign up early to ensure your place at the table!

Let’s make this Festival of Lights a symbol of what Kolding stands for — a city that welcomes the world and shines brighter together. 💛
